Having managed a team of HR casework specialists, she has in-depth knowledge and experience of attendance, conduct and performance issues and how to resolve these. Lyn has particular expertise in employment law (having gained a diploma qualification in this area) and has supported clients at employment tribunals with a very impressive portfolio of successful defences against different types of claim. She also has a track record of using organisational design tools and methods to help businesses identify and move to their optimum structure and keep this under review as they grow and change.
